Worse customer service ever. I have been using them for years and I’m not sure what changed now. I have been waiting on a quote for a month and half for two closet doors and an exit double door. I have been calling trying to reach their estimate person for over a week and I never go to talk to him. I called this morning after all this wait and they tell me he can’t quote cause he’s been too busy and we are short staffed. I’m a regular customer and I have to wait that long for you to tell me you don’t have time for my job and your short staffed. This is not the way a company operates their business by refusing customers this way. I have waited this long cause of the previous jobs they did for me. I will never USE or RECOMMEND them again. BAD BAD BAD

I was not able to open my garage door. There where no access to the garage through another door or window. Also the emergency cord was not helping.

First I called the famous Pontiac Door, which is listed in my condo association as a preferred garage door service provider. I explained them the situation and they told me that nothing they can do.
Something like "Open your garage and then call".

Then I contacted Door Doctor Service. It was completely another story. They listen, gave me the options and made an appointment.

The next day a real professional John came. It took about 5-10 minutes for him to open the door. He spent another 20-30 minutes to make sure that everything works fine.
